Seeing How To Serve – Somatic Engagement 101

  • the power of transforming feedback –  what it consists of and what it is not
  • the importance and value of utilizing all of our innate intelligences to engage others

This somatic learning journey is designed for executive coaches and senior leaders who want to holistically coach and engage others. The Engagement Quotient Program provides you with practical ways to access passion and purpose in others, increase performance, retention, and create vital, balanced and resilient work environments.

Over the course of three modules you will:

  • develop the ability to see subtle physical shifts in others by expanding your perceptual awareness
  • develop the ability to deliver transforming feedback that that opens others up to wider possibilities and their highest potential
  • develop the ability to identify and create intrinsically motivating ‘lights on’ actions steps for increasing engagement and forward movement in the workplace
  • have the opportunity to develop and practice your new somatic coaching skills through live interactions with your program peers
