Lissa Pohl, founder of the Engagement Quotient Program, is a global expert in somatic intelligence and engagement. Her work embraces several innovative learning modalities including Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), Lights On Leadership Coaching, The Leadership Circle 360 Profile, and the Art of Alignment. Facilitating learning experiences, both with and without horse partners, provides her clients the heightened awareness and feedback they need to fully align, inspire and lead their organizations.
Lissa holds a Master’s degree in Transformational Leadership Development and is a certified Advanced Corporate Practitioner and Master Trainer for the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A). While with the Department of Community & Leadership Development at the University of Kentucky (2008 – 21) she conducted pioneering research into the effectiveness of Equine Guided Leadership Education to increase Emotional Intelligence in healthcare professionals. She is co-author of an article published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine (November 2020) titled, “Optimal Terminology for Services in the United States That Incorporate Horses to Benefit People”, and is an author in the best-selling book Transform Your Life, (Vol 2, 2019).

Founder Advisors is a coordinated team of experienced entrepreneurs and business specialists who provide all the coaching, mentoring, and timely advice entrepreneurial founders and their teams need to overcome all the startup challenges they face. The Collaboration Partners, owned by Ginny Telego, provides experiential learning with horses (EAL) that harnesses the power of collaboration to change individuals and organizations so they can realize their full potential. They offer customized training around Diversity and Inclusion, Emerging Leaders, and Team Development. Ginny holds a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology and is a certified Advanced Corporate Practitioner and Master Trainer for the Equine Experiential Education Association (E3A). The Collaboration Partners is a SHRM Recertification Provider using The Power Tools to lead programs for HR professional to develop behavioral competencies and functional knowledge.

LeadershipSmarts transforms leaders into Master Aligners. CEO Patty Beach and her team of Alignment coaches assist organizations in developing a more conscious form of leadership that balances business acumen with social/emotional intelligence. She is the author of The Art of Alignment: A Practical Guide for Inclusive Leadership (2021) and the Versatility Factor Profile, an assessment for inclusive leadership that allows professionals to balance the masculine and feminine archetypes within themselves and their organization.
Patty is an ICF Master Certified Coach with two master’s degrees, one in Organizational Development and the second in Geology, and is a certified Leadership Circle Profile Practitioner. Prior to becoming a coach, Patty worked as a geoscientist and manager leading initiatives in new technology and emerging markets in the Energy industry.

The Horse Institute is the vision of Marie-Claude and Larry Stockl, two seasoned corporate executives who grew frustrated with spending valuable training budgets on the same old courses year after year (think drab conference rooms, endless slide show presentations, and the relief of logging on to e-mail for distraction). The Horse Institute, a five star equestrian facility located in the central Hudson River Valley, is where real-world corporate leadership expertise meets experiential coaching in the form of Equine-Assisted Learning (EAL).
