Lights on Leadership™ Coaching

Lights On Leadership™ is an innovative coaching method that realigns you with your purpose,  passion and Vision as a leader. It is an interview process that uses somatic feedback to uncover and document those sparks of inspiration that bring vitality and balance into your system. Shifts in your system are captured by taking before and after photos of the face. Action steps are based on what keeps you aligned with your ‘lights on’.  Lights On Leadership™ coaching provides you with the following:

  • a safe, non-judgmental setting to see your highest potential, passion and purpose
  • transforming feedback that reflects the vitality, balance and integrity in your system

Equine-Assisted Leadership Learning Lab

Class Type: Group Arena Session with Horses
Duration: minimum half day – full  and multi day options

Notes: No Previous experience with horses is necessary. All activities are conducted on the ground.

You can learn more in a single equine-assisted learning session than you can in days or even weeks of traditional leadership training. Humans hide feelings and filter reactions in the workplace, especially from leaders, but horses don’t lie and respond to how you are showing up as a leader in real time. In this workshop you will experience ground activities with horses and facilitated debriefing that provide powerful insights about your leadership style in ways you simply can’t get from your team or peers.

A day with horses provides you with:

  • honest, in-the-moment feedback about your leadership style
  • the importance of building trust with others
  • increased emotional intelligence competencies – self-awareness, social awareness and emotional management
  • relational problem solving
  • what it means to be a congruent and authentic influencer

In this customized Equine-assisted learning workshop you will explore and develop the dimensions of emotional intelligence with the unbiased, real time feedback from a horse.  Learning outcomes include:

  • understanding how to manage our own and other’s emotions while achieving results
  • connecting Emotional Intelligence competencies with the ability to influence and lead others

Effective Communication

This interactive learning session starts with an experiential learning simulation that highlights the components of communication and the challenges of effectively articulating a clear vision to others to achieve desired outcomes. Participants will come away with a deeper understanding about:

  • The differences between the way men and women communicate and the neuro-biological reasons underlying these differences
  • How assumptions and unconscious biases keep us from being effective at communicating
  • How to create better communication strategies and systems in the workplace that facilitate and increase employee engagement and achieving goals

Effective Listening

This workshop involves taking and debriefing the Personal Listening Profile Assessment to determine your listening style preferences and how utilizing different listening styles in certain situations can increase your ability to interpret, summarize and facilitate conversations with others. Effective Listening creates results by:
