About Me

Seeing beyond conventional wisdom while holding fast to my vision has proved challenging at times and has called upon every one of my ‘sense’- abilities and intelligences. Yet, the decades of witnessing profound physical and behavioral change in my clients through experiential learning and coaching has solidified my commitment to my life’s work – the embodied transformation of leaders.

The times in which we live are becoming increasingly complex. Our rational mind (IQ) can be over stimulated, misinformed, and disconnected from our emotional (EQ) and physical intelligence (PQ). This lack of alignment on all levels can create confusion, lack of clarity and challenges that lead to disengagement at the organizational level. Realizing that these experiences are not unique, I have pursued, both academically and as a practitioner, experiential learning methodologies that support leaders in developing the perceptual skillset that allows them to integrate IQ, EQ and PQ to increase their Engagement Quotient™ (EnQ).

Lights-On Leadership™ and Equine-assisted Learning (EAL) are two such methods. Experiencing these somatic ways of engaging others have been game changing for my clients. This extra-sensory way of learning is the ‘missing link’ in most other transformational leadership development and engagement programs. So, naturally, I want to share these revolutionary processes and skillsets with leaders who are ready to make quantum shifts in their abilities to create nimble, resilient, fully aligned and engaged organizations.
